Client Note 1	Client Note 1 - STATEMENT REGARDING 2019 FILING:The organziation is still currently under a 2017 and 2018 IRS audit. The status of the audit is still open due to substantial delays in getting the audit closed due to COVID and IRS workload issues. The current IRC 501(c)(7) status of the organization needs to be resolved, although we anticipate it will be maintained or restored for 2019. As such an accurate return can not be filed pending resolution of the audit. This filing is meant to be a protective return in order to comply with the impending IRS deadline, and will be amended as soon as we know more.
