Pt VI, Line 11b	The Organization reviews the Form 990 during a board meeting that is held after Form 990 is completed.
Pt VI, Line 12c	When allegation that SEIU Code and Policy has been violated, the allegations are investigated. If after the investigation a violation is found to have occured, the appropriate disciplinary and/or corrective actions shall be taken.
