Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Credit union is a membership cooperative. Our Board of Directors are volunteers are members and serve on a voluntarily basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Annual meetings are held annually whereby members have an opportunity to vote for the Board of Directors who are volunteers and members of the credit union. Elected Board of Directors serve a three years term, and can serve for three consecutive terms.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Daily operations are managed by paid employees who report directly to the Board of Directors. Any decisions which could significantly impact the credit union, for example, merger, has to be approved by two-thirds of the membership base.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Noted in Board of Directors monthly agenda/minutes of filing and its availability for review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Policy is reviewed annually and all volunteers and employees are required to turn in a signed acknowledgement form kept at the credit union by the Compliance Officer.
