Jennifer Martin flew first class. Her tickets were either purchased by or reimbursed from TPPA. The board approved first-class travel for her trips because of the frequency of her travel and because of the need to do work on her flights. She traveled at times, almost daily travel for work trips, so it was necessary for her to be able to change her plane tickets rapidly and to be able to work on the flights.
