Explanation:

Due to Covid -19 , Treasurer was unable to complete on time. Treasurer was stuck in another state unable to travel home for a long time. Duties were then passed onto a new Treasurer, Joseph Mauer. Each of us thought this was submitted in April 2020. A notice arrived late October that it wasn't completed. So we completed it today.
