Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4:	Missourians for a Better Economy amended the bylaws of the Organization to provide that the Board of Directors shall determine the size of the Board provided that there will always be at least three members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A:	Successor Directors are elected by a majority vote of the current Board of Directors. Directors may be removed, with or without cause, by the vote of at least two-thirds of all the Directors at a meeting of the Directors called expressly for that purpose. Any vacancy created by such removal shall be filled for the unexpired term in respect of such vacancy by majority vote of the Directors present at such special meeting or by resolution of the Board of Directors.
