	The Association lessens the burden of government by maintaining the grass located on the street median on public streets owned by the city and county of Honolulu. The Association also maintains greenbelts, perimeter walls and three parks located within the community. The park areas promote the general welfare of the community by allowing the community members use of the parks.

The Association also holds many special events for residents and offers senior programs where Mililani residents 55 and over meet every week for various activities.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents	Two amendments were passed at the annual meeting in March 2018. The first change was to outline procedures to elect board members by mail. The second was to make it clear that MTA has no obligation to provide security measures for every member's home.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	The members are homeowner's that own a home within the association.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Board of Directors review the Form 990 before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Management reviews the conflict of interest policy on a yearly basis. If there is a potential conflict there is a discussion among board members and if necessary board member will recuse themselves from the discussion.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	The Board reviews compensation of the top management officials annually. The review is based upon industry salary guide and budget of the association.
