Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Organization is exempt from federal taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(2) and therefore no provision for federal income taxes has been made on the accompanying financial statements. In addition, the Organization has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service not to be a private foundation within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. There was no unrelated business income for the years ended June 30, 2019 and 2018. The financial statement effects of a tax position taken or expected to be taken are recognized when it is more likely than not, based on technical merits, that the position will be sustained upon examination. At June 30, 2019, the Organization had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for recognition or disclosure.

The Organization is exempt from federal taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(2) and therefore no provision for federal income taxes has been made on the accompanying financial statements.
