Part X, Line 2:	NAMA was determined by the Internal Revenue Service to be exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and to be not a private foundation. However, income from activities not directly related to NAMA's tax-exempt purposes is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. For the year ended September 30, 2019, there was no unrelated business income. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been provided in the financial statements. As of September 30, 2019, NAMA does not have any material uncertain income tax positions requiring either disclosure or recognition in the financial statements.
