| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 | The Compensation Committee, consisting of two members of the board of directors, excluding the president, deliberated during the month of July 2017 and voted on a salary of $150,000 per year; this is the last time a compensation study was completed. The committee considered salaries of CEOs of similar organizations from Charity Navigator, length of service and performance of the organization before submitting a yearly compensation amount for the president. Due to cash flow constraints, he has been paid less than what his cumulative salary should have been over the past five years. He is still owed $111,379 in Deferred Compensation. Because the organization closed its doors, ceased operations and liquidated all assets as of 3/31/2019, This deferred salary will not be paid. His Deferred Salary and Accrued Payroll Tax accounts for the negative fund balance of the organization as of termination. |
