What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectual control of the subdivision. This uniform plan for development and improvement ensures the presevation of such uniform plan for the benefit of both present and future homeowners,the surrounding neighborhoods and the public to protect and enhance the quality of life in community.
