Pursuant to Article 5.2 of the Trust Agreement: The trustee shall furnish to the plan administrator a written statement of account within 60 days after the end of the trust's year end setting forth all receipts and disbursements for the plan. The plan adminstrator shall acknowledge receipt thereof in writing and advise the trustee of his approval or disapproval thereof. Failure by the plan adminstrator to disapprove any such statement of account within 90 days after its receipt thereof shall be deemed approval thereof.
