Explanation:

Due to an inaccurate account number submitted for the Account "Zeta Phi Beta Sorority INC Lambda Zeta Chapter" 74-6079652, a 501(7), your office unintentionally changed the name of our account and reassigned a new number. Faye Dixon, past president and now decease, and I, treasurer, has been working diligently to correct this unfortunate error upon receiving the notification regarding this inadvertent problem. It has been both humbling and frustrating while attempting to make the necessary adjustment in filing the required taxes in a timely manner. We acknowledge that a typing error created this faux pas and have instituted a plan to prevent such problematic occurrences in the future.
