Explanation:

This filling, along with the 2017 filing were late for the same reason. The prior treasurer had recurring health issues and she wanted to finish the 2017 filing herself. I (Carey Lockhart) became treasurer in early 2018, and have made many attempts to work with her or take over the filing. I finally decided to get 2017 banking information from the president in order to do the 2017 filing, which I completed on 5/4/2020. Since I have the complete records from early 2018 forward, I completed this 2018 filing, and will do the 2019 filing in the next day.
