Part X, Line 2:	The System and ARKUPS are non-profit organizations exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, there is no provision for income taxes in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. Accounting standards require the Company to evaluate tax positions and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Company has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. The Company has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of December 31, 2019 and 2018, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require the recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. The Company may be subject to audit by the Internal Revenue Service; however there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.

Accounting standards require the Company to evaluate tax positions and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Company has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. The Company has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of December 31, 2019 and 2018, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require the recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. The Company may be subject to audit by the Internal Revenue Service; however there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
