Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	We are a cooperative and the members are the owners.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The members elect the Board of Directors and Credit Committee for 3 year terms staggered at every annual meeting of the members. The Board of Directors then govern the credit union on behalf of the members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	It is completed by the CEO of the credit union and reviewed by the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Board members and employees are required to disclose any conflict of interest at the monthly board meetings or to the CEO of the credit union. We operate in 2 small communities and have knowledge of potential conflicts of interest. If anyone has a conflict of interest, they are excluded from any decision making or discussion.
