Form 990, Part I, Line 1, Description of Organization Mission:	FreedomWorks was founded to fight for liberty and to bring together the best and brightest minds of the liberty movement. FreedomWorks develops policy ideas based on its principles and serves as a free-market center to support and to expand grassroots development and action for the national freedom movement. FreedomWorks supports and encourages more than 6 million Americans who are passionate about promoting free markets and individual liberty, who are committed to less government, lower taxes, and economic freedom. For over a quarter century, FreedomWorks has identified, educated, and activated citizens who support free enterprise and constitutionally limited government. FreedomWorks provides the tools to citizen activists to engage with policy makers at every level of government in support of the FreedomWorks principles.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and a draft copy is provided to the Organization's senior staff, outside general counsel and all board members for review. All comments after reviews are compiled and discussed with the CPA firm for editing. After edits are made, the final version of Form 990 is provided to the President, Treasurer, and Management Committee for final review. Once reviewed, the President is provided the final 990 for signature and filing.
