| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 | Anyone who has an account with Cincinnati Employees Credit Union is considered a member of the Credit Union. To become a member they have to qualify and must put a minimum of $5 in their account as their "share" into the Credit Union. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a | Our Board Members are up for election every three years. Every member of the Credit Union gets to vote and the ballots are counted and the winner announced at the Annual Meeting for our members. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b | We have a Credit Committee which is separate from the Board of Directors whose job it is to approve/deny all loans submitted to CECU. |

The Manager prepares and submits the 990 and the Treasurer performs a thorough review of the submitted 990. |
