Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The credit union has 6,161 members. A quorum of these members elects the board members based on term expiration each year at the Annual membership meeting. An election notice is mailed or provided electronically.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The members elect the governing body. In addition, they can request a special meeting of the Board, and suspend the order of business at the annual meeting, vote to remove directors and the CEO, and on Board merger decisions.
