Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Annual Elections are held to elect members of the board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	An independent accounting firm prepared and reviewed the Form 990. A full draft of the 990 along with all required schedules was then provided to the board of directors' for review and comment. The board approved submission of the final 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	As required by the amended and restated bylaws of the Dade County Bar Association, Inc., all members of the board of directors must meet independence standards outlines in the bylaws and annually review and certify the code of ethics and conduct.
