EAST MILL CREEK WATER COMPANY IS A NON-PROFIT ENTITY OPERATING FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING, OPERATING AND CONSTRUCTING WATER WORKS IN THE EAST MILLCREEK, UTAH AREA. THE COMPANY MANAGES WATER RIGHTS OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREA. ASSESSMENTS ARE MADE TO WATER RIGHT OWNERS AND SED TO MAINTAIN AND CONSTRUCT WATER WAYS INCLUDING IRRIGATION DITCHES.
