What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CALIFORNIA WATER ALLIANCE WORKS TO KEEP OUR GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE TO CURRENT AND FUTURE SUSTAINABLE WATER POLICIES. CALWA IS THE MOST TRUSTED STATEWIDE EDUCATIONAL VOICE AND AUTHORITY ON WATER POLICY AND ISSUES, ADVOCATING FOR AN INCREASED WATER SUPPLY BENEFITING FAMILIES, CITIES, BUSINESSES, FARMERS AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
