Junior Sec Treasurer; Mr. A. Habane was entrusted to do the filing and other responsibilities for UFCW local 245 from JAN 1, 2020 forward. He left his position on July 1, 2020 and after relinquishing his laptop and other files, it was discovered that the Form 990-EZ was not filed.
