What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The McFarland Federation of Teachers is a local association of the American Federation of Teachers AFL-CIO which is committed to advancing an agenda that provides educational opportunity, lifts the disadvantaged, rebuilds the middle class, improves the American economy and public infrastructure, and fosters the deomcratic principles of respect, dignity and economic security for all those who call America home and seek the American dream.
