Pt VI, Line 6 Every insurer authorized to write direct automobile insurance in the State of NH shall be a member company of the NH Automobile Reinsurance Facility.

Pt VI, Line 15a NH ARF employees are managed and paid employees of AIPSO, Federal ID#13-2732270. The compensation of the Regional Manager and other employees is reviewed and approved by Human Resources and the President of AIPSO, provided that persons with conflicts of interest with respect to the compensation arrangement at issue are not involved in this review and approval. The compensation of the person is reviewed and approved using data as to comparable compensation for similarly qualified persons in functionally comparable positions at similarly situated organizations. AIPSO participates in a variety of well known regional and national salary surveys conducted by third party sources to obtain survey data. There is contemporaneous documentation and recordkeeping with respect to the deliberations and decisions regarding the compensation arrangement.
