Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Holding Corporation is exempt from federal income taxes under IRC Section 501(c)(2). The Holding Corporation did not conduct any unrelated business activities that would be subject to federal income taxes and had no uncertain tax positions. Therefore, no tax provision or liability has been reported in the consolidated financial statements.GAAP requires the evaluation of tax positions taken in the course of preparing the Centers tax returns and recognition of a tax liability (or asset) if the Center has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Holding Corporation, and has concluded that as of September 30, 2019, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. The Holding Corporation is exempt from federal income taxes under IRC Section 501(c)(2). The Holding Corporation did not conduct any unrelated business activities that would be subject to federal income taxes and had no uncertain tax positions. Therefore, no tax provision or liability has been reported in the consolidated financial statements.GAAP requires the evaluation of tax positions taken in the course of preparing the Centers tax returns and recognition of a tax liability (or asset) if the Center has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Holding Corporation, and has concluded that as of September 30, 2019, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. The entitys Federal Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax is subject to examination by the IRS for three years from the date of filing.
