| General explanation attachment | PRC Waltons calling resides in: Proverbs 24:11-12 RESCUE THOSE BEING LED AWAY TO SLAUGHTERDeuteronomy 30:19 c h o o s e l i f e so that you and your children may liveWe sometimes call the ultrasound room holy ground because there is evidence that we are looking at His Image as we introduce moms and dads and sometimes whole families to the person growing in the moms womb. In 2019, we know of at least 30 women who were abortion-minded and changed their choice to life! A Center of Hope ministry assisted 189 NEW at-risk patients, performed 124 ultrasound scans and facilitated more than 530 parenting classes in 2019! 15 individuals decided to trust and follow Christ! A Center of Hope CPC, Inc., dba Pregnancy Resource Center of Walton operates with a small part-time paid staff and over 30 active and dedicated volunteers who have responded to the call of God to serve women and their families. Our Mission Statement a ministry dedicated to communicating truth to abortion-vulnerable women and families and offering compassionate care by providing life-affirming resources, explains how the life-affirming ministry diligently serves Walton communities to advance the God-sized vision of healthy families living Christ-centered lives, practicing purity, pursuing and promoting the sanctity of human life. Patient Advocates are staff and volunteers professionally trained to promote godly sexuality, all the options and potential risks one faces with unexpected pregnancy. Each advocate is well equipped in providing care and support to women and men who choose life through education of healthy pregnancy, healthy baby, parenting skills and life skills through a program titled Earn While You Learn (EWYL). Patient Advocates are also trained to provide abortion recovery support for women who have chosen abortion and want help to heal the emotional pain that often accompanies that choice. A Center of Hope CPC, Inc., is blessed to have three locations to serve women in Walton County. In 2006, Summit Baptist Church provided a house located adjacent to their church property on Highway 81 South, free of charge. As a faith-based non-profit, PRC Walton receives no federal funding. Generous donations from churches, individuals, community groups and businesses as well as fundraisers allow the ministry to offer all services to every woman and her family at no cost! In 2011, as the 501c3 nonprofit ministry converted to a medical clinic to offer ultrasound imaging to patients at least 6 weeks gestation, Dr. Jose Porquez leased his property on Breedlove Drive in Monroe at a discounted price to PRC Walton. In June 2017 we relocated to a larger facility in Monroe which added an additional patient room for counseling and a lab. The Knights of Columbus organization along with St. Monicas Catholic Church in Duluth, Ga funded the necessary ultrasound equipment, and a community grant funded the furnishings. In 2019 we were able to open a third location in our Medical Director, Dr. David Fields, building. This allows our patients in Loganville, Grayson and Snellville easier access to ultrasound imaging. All locations provide pregnancy testing, options counseling, and education on a variety of topics. New mothers and baby fathers are able to earn diapers, clothes, new cribs and car seats, etc. through the EWYL program. As the mother is mentored through the various education sessions, she earns coupons to shop from the Hope Closet for maternity clothes or baby items. Thousands of dollars of in-kind gifts are received each year to stock the closet. God, through His people, is funding this ministry. WE THANK GOD AND THANK ALL WHO GENEROUSLY GAVE IN 2019 TO SUPPORT THE SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE IN WALTON COUNTY COMMUNITIES THROUGH PRC WALTON.PRC Walton Board, Staff and volunteers believe God in ISAIAH 58:10-12 that as we are faithful to help those in trouble, light will shine out from the darknessThe Lord will guide us continuallywe will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes. Ongoing / New Service AreasClarity of Gods mission over the past few years manifested into additional areas of ministry further promoting the practice of purity and the sanctity of human life: 1.FATHERHOOD MENTORSHIP: a program, in which a baby father who wants to participate is introduced toa godly trained volunteer male mentor. Mentor meets with him and encourages him with foundational principles from Family Hero in which virtues and vices are discussed and accountability is established. Male volunteer continues mentoring baby father through the Earn While You Learn program. The baby father can earn coupons to buy necessities for his baby while learning how to become a responsible, present father. We had 45 Fatherhood Classes attended in 2019. We hired a Fatherhood Coordinator to grow this important ministry to equip fathers. This program is thriving!2.EXPANDED MEDICAL SERVICES: Our medical services division is operating as Womens Health and Wellness Clinic of Walton for our medical services as the ministry offers no charge pregnancy testing, no charge limited obstetrical ultrasounds, urinalysis STI/STD testing and treatment at a minimal lab cost of $10 to women and their sexual partners to follow the vision of A Center of Hope CPC, Inc., offering services to help families experience greater health. In December 2018 we were awarded a brand-new ultrasound machine from Pre-Born and we opened a new Womens Health and Wellness Clinic in Loganville so our patients will have easier access to our no charge ultrasounds. Strategies are being put into place to offer expanded medical services in order to provide womens health services to underserved women at no cost to them on a full-time basis, with the goal of reaching more abortion-determined women and raise the standard of care and families health. 3.COMPREHENSIVE ABORTION RECOVERY: Healing from abortion is a growing need in our community. We now offer one-on-one and small group opportunities. We look forward to expanding this program into local churches to address the needs of those who are recovering from the devastation of abortion. Our belief continues to be that God can change this culture of death back to a culture of life as His children work together in unity to rescue those being led away to the slaughter of abortion!
