What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Provide financial assistance and aid for members of the Oregon Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association, Inc. Aid is in the form of medical attention, legal assistance, funeral and burial of members, their families, stable employees and former members who have become incapable of self support.
