The organization is comprised of physicians. Unfortunately, the officers were preoccupied with providing healthcare during the COVID crisis. Additionally, I am the pro bono counsel for the organization responsible for gathering records and filing form, 990-EZ. This spring, a family member and I were dealing with COVID infection, and I was caring for an elderly parent with dementia. I erroneously thought I had filed for an extension by May 15.
