| Miscellaneous | On August 31, 2020, the Club's land, building and equipment was sold by the Bankruptcy estate to McConnell Golf for $4,000,000. Accordingly, an impairment loss of $4,654,738 was recognized equal to the difference between the carrying value (cost less prior accumulated depreciation) and the fair value of the property. The difference of $4,654,738 is shown as an impairment loss in the operating section of the statement of activities and an increase of accumulated depreciation as shown above. |
