What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE BARBOUR COUNTY FARMERS FEDERATION IS AN INDEPENDENT, NONGOVERNMENTAL, VOLUNTARY ORGANIZATION OF FARM FAMILIES UNITED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ANALYZING THEIR PROBLEMS AND FORMULATING ACTION TO ACHIEVE EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT, ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, AND SOCIAL ADVANCEMENT, THEREBY PROMOTING THE NATIONAL WELFARE.

28 THE BARBOUR COUNTY FARMERS FEDERATIONS HAS REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING COUNTY, STATE, AND NATIONAL CONFERENCES AND ANNUAL MEETINGS TO KEEP INFORMED OF EXISTING PROBLEMS AND TO BETTER DETERMINE ACTIONS TO UNDERTAKE. THE FEDERATION CONTRIBUTES TOWARD LOCAL EDUCATIONAL, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS, AND ALSO TO EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS EACH YEAR TO ACHIEVE THE FEDERATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE.
