Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 Review Process The review of Federal Form 990 has been delegated to the Executive Committee. A copy of the Form 990 is available to members of the governing body and the general public upon request.
Part VI, Section B, Line 12	Conflict of Interest Policy The organization's governing body is made up of business leaders in the Greater Boston Community who hold themselves to the highest professional and ethical standards. There are no transactions between Jobs for Massachusetts and the board members or companies with which they are associated. All board members donate their time to the organization.
Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation Review Jobs for Massachusetts employs two individuals. Their compensation has been set by the Executive Committee who reviews any merit increases or bonuses. Jobs for Massachusetts believes it has paid reasonable compensation based on the responsibilities for the individuals which is comparable to compensation paid by other tax exempt organizations of a similar size and purpose in the Greater Boston Area.
