Pt VI, Line 6	Membership is open to all Roman Catholic men aged 18 and over. Dues are established by the various individual local subordinate Councils.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Officers of the Louisiana State Council are elected annually by delegates representing the various local subordinate Councils
Pt VI, Line 11b	Treasurer's Reports are perpared on a monthly basis. After the end of the Fiscal Year at June 30th, an Audit Committeee made up of members of the order review the Treasurer's Report, reconcile accounts, and complie an Annual Financial Statement. The Audit Committee then prepares Form 990 and submits it to the State Officers for review, signature and filing.
Pt XII, Line 2c	Upon completion of the internal audit and Form 990 preparation, the Audit Committee coordinates with an outside CPA practice to perform the annual audit as required by the KC Supreme Office.
Pt III, Line 3	Beginning with Fiscal Year 2018/2019, donations to and grants paid from the Mental Disabiity Program continue to be collected by the local Councils, but are now paid directly to the beneficiaries rather than channeled through the State Council. Therefore, the income, expenses and grants of this program are no longer show on the books of the Louisiana State Council.
