We file for an extension of time to file every year, however amid the chaos and fear that the Covid-19 pandemic brought this year, it was ruefully forgotten. There has been no formal staff since 2019 and the organization's activities are supported solely by volunteers. We respectfully request that there be no penalties charged for meeting the extended filing date without a filed extension in place, and technically late.
