RSF PRACTICES EQUIVALENCY DETERMINATION TO BE SURE THAT FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS ARE SERVING A CHARITABLE PURPOSE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. THE ORGANIZATION COLLECTS THEIR ORGANIZATIONAL BYLAWS AND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, AS WELL AS THEIR GOVERNMENTAL DECREE OR CERTIFICATE EVIDENCING THAT THEY ARE A CHARITABLE ENTITY IN THEIR COUNTRY.
