COUNTY GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIPS	The success of Core 300 and PBL-Kenya with inmates spread quickly to high Bungoma County offices, where we have been developing friendships. They who are now preparing to begin PBL Leadership courses for all-male management employees in 2020and they will be paying for the course!The favor of God is on Core 300 and PBL-Kenya as we turn towards the US with these programs. We have seen the broken men and impoverished families, the single moms and the fatherless, and the cry of the Spirit of Jesus is in our hearts.
Leadership Training, 21st Century Farming, Prison Rehabilitation Pro	2019 Program Descriptions and ResultsPrinciple Based Leadership (dba Core 300) is a California-based, global, Spirit-led movement that serves families worldwide by educating and developing men through 3 semesters of transformative Boot Camp curricula, relevant holistic humanitarian aid, and educational services to the marginalized and underserved. Our course graduates are activated as servant leaders to their wives, children, their workplace, often providing volunteer leadership and human capital to those same and other holistic ministries. The statistically proven outcome for over 40,000 men worldwide that have graduated from the Warrior course since 2008 is the phenomenon of a spiritual, mental, and emotional awakening. The main character of the first course is Gideon, presented as the everyman. His primitive tribal life and heroic example disassociates a man from the toxic tribalism and empowers them with a transformed identity as a beloved adopted son of Father God, changing their paradigm in core roles as fathers, husbands, and servants to their community. In this journey, they are discovering and living out the purpose for which God has made them.Much of our leadership development ministry is our partnership with Principle Based Leadership (a Kenya-registered non-profit Association) headquartered in Bungoma, Kenya. They in turn serve their nation and Uganda, with Core 300 processes, coaching, and curricula. Funds are monitored via monthly, budget, and expense based grants.In 2019, the cumulative number of people that heard the gospel directly from indigenous transformed men was 13,625 and those directly served by the same was 32,790. These are three of our most significant ProgramsI. PBL School of Leadership ProgramOur interdenominational School of Leadership uses our training facilities at PBLs Bungoma, Kenya headquarters for local events. However, Kenya is a nation close to the size of Texas, so over 95% of all training that we do is mobile. Like Jesus and the Apostle Paul, we go to sites across Kenya and Ugandaoften into the impoverished Bush villages where adult education is rarely available, and where 75-90% of East African families live. In addition to certification training in our holistic humanitarian aid ministries, our 110 PBL certified trainers (Coordinators) provide three certification courses to our students. 1. The Warrior This 2-3 day live course awakens a mans creative mind, drives out toxic tribalism, ignorance, spiritual bondage, and despair. The extensive training replaces these liabilities with hope and a living father-son relationship with their Father-God. Course content included lectures, Troika (small groups of 3-men) breakout sessions, and a textbook (Called to War-US only). The result of equipping the men as spiritual Warriors gives the man the freedom and inner virtues to conquer the inner and social malignancy of Tribalismincluding poverty and the absence of a father in their own upbringingthe very things that make most African men toxic influencers in their world. Results a) In October 2019, we conducted a confidential Warrior Wives Survey with wives of husbands who had completed the course between 2013-2016 to measure sustained changes in their husband's behavior in the 3 key categories of husbanding, fathering, and economic performance. The wives scored their husband as either much better or very much better in 95.5%.b) Number of conferences in 2018 -42c) Number of conferences in 2019 -90 d) In 2019, 3,800 new Warriors graduated. Most of them were vocational ministers e) From 2013 to 2018, 5,300 Warriors graduatedf) All students received a Bible, a Warrior workbook, and a certificate 1. The Priest This 2-3 day live course is taught to graduates of the Warrior course only--and makes the changes they experienced in the Warrior course operationaladding skill sets, personal accountability, and self-awareness to the foundation set in the first class. Training includes subjects like The 16 kinds of Prayer; Eschatological Dualism; Fathering; The 5 Priesthoods in the Bible; and the Royal-Priesthood of all Christian Believers. 2 textbooks (US only) and 1 film are required outside of class.Resultsa) Students were very enthusiastic regarding the content of each of the 10 sessions and Troika participation was more natural and authenticb) In 2019 we graduated 500 men from the Priest c) In October 2018 we introduced and graduated 45 Coordinators from the first class which focused on Train-the-Trainer method.2. The King 2-3 Day live course. Core 300s final course builds on the experiential application gained by the Priest graduate by leveraging their new character traits of servant leadership into other men. The course begins with 1-1 mentoring and expands to small cohorts towards the end. Course content: a Textbook, King Workbook, and certificate Session samples: The History of Leadership: Core values and the 7 Virtues; Mentoring 101; 6 Stages of Leadership. Key Verse:Follow me as I follow Christ (I Cor 11:1) Results - The King Course was not yet been taught to PBL-Kenya Board members or Coordinators. In January 2020 all 8 Board Members completed the course in Nairobi, and they are excited to practice in 2020, and introduce it to Priest graduates beginning in 2021. Like the previous courses, the first classes taught to Board members and Coordinators focus on Train-the-Trainer methodology.II. 21st Century Farming ProgramSince 2015, this program has been supported by Core 300 and taught by PBL-Kenya Coordinators to add to the Warrior course, wherever they go. The course curriculum is delivered in either day or full day coursework: 50% of the time is given for lecture--and 50% of time spent in a Field Lab demonstration at a nearby farm. Training content includes: Rotation Farming, Basic Organic Composting, and Organic Pest/Poisonous Weed Control, and Farm-to-Market skills Generally, instruction topics are previously unknown in rural and, mostly primitive, Bush regions of Kenya-UgandaOur Process is made available to all Warrior Course students:1. Teach the Warrior course to free the man so he begins to lean into life2. Invite to remain another half day for any who want their farm awakened also!. 3. The men often run home to implement their new farming methods!4. Corrections: Inmates get excited & contact their wives and begin planning and petitioning, change behavior, to get home and fulfill their masculine purpose as provider-Dad. Released ex-cons who own a small farm (90%) get to it right away!Results- since 2015, results with our Warrior grads are consistently life-changing. Between 2013-2018 we trained 705 men; In 2019 we trained 2,230 men. 1. Increased crop yields by 2.5X-4X in the 1st year! Cheetah, our ministry partner has seen as much as 20x from previous low years over time2. Near-to-starving families (some 1 meal every other day) are eating to their full3. Excess crop yields are taken to the local market for cash or bartered for livestock4. Childrens school and required uniform fees are now being paid by proud parents. College becomes a possibility5. Purchase of more seed and better farming tools is applied to existing and on unused land6. Joy replaces despair, and health replaces sickness7. The pandemic of men abandoning their homes is diminished8. Inmates often are in prison because they stole food because of a dead farm are enthusiastic to go home and succeed and thus reducing recidivism dramaticallyIII. Prison Rehabilitation ProgramIn September 2017, after reviewing some 19 applicant organizations the government of Kenya requested Core 300 International to work through our indigenous partner Association, Principle Based Leadership (PBL), Kenya, to assume responsibility for the emotional, moral, and spiritual rehabilitation of their 100 mens prisonsincluding all employees (25,000), and inmates (60,000). We expected this by faith a year earlier, and had increased our Certified Coordinators from 4 to 22After another 14 months of logistics planning with the Director of Rehabilitations office doubling our Coordinators (42), we launched our first training class of 240 men (and some women) who were in leading roles in the Corrections system. This included Social workers, Arresting Officers, Guards, Managers, Wardens, and 60 Prison Chaplains.We launched in prisons with 90-minute classes to complete the course over 10 months.A Strategic AllianceIn addition to our coursework, we partnered with the Bible League, a prominent US-based Bible translator-publisher, to accomplish 2 key tasks neither they nor we could do apart:1. Provide a new Free on the Inside Bible for every student in Kiswahili2. Provide a special 90-day Philipp discipleship 101 course to each Warrior student Program !! above describes the high, practical impact our 21st Century Farming has had as it was introduced into each prison facility in 2019. THE PBL SANCTUARY CHURCH	The PBL Sanctuary ChurchOur men, with 20 Chaplains to help them, are now actively helping the released ex-cons assimilate into their families (often with confession, healing, and counseling) and the local community. The ex-con must serve in the church also. PBL-Kenya helps ex-cons with starting a new business or getting access to seed and fertilizer. A dozen churches signed up for what is now called a PBL Sanctuary Church. Like the sanctuary cities of ancient Israel, Sanctuary Churches are a place whose pastors are trained Warriors and Priests, and whose congregations have been taught to open their hearts to newly released ex-cons and their families. Previously, these men were driven away from their own homes, and banished from churches. Gods design had thought of the spiritual, social, and economic wellbeing of these ex-con Warriors way before we were awarded the contract with the government. PBL alumni Bishops and Pastorsseeded by the Warrior and Priest courses, were moved to exchange their hardened tribal custom of rejecting any ex-con who came into their church.
