What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of the Corporation shall be to buy or otherwise acquire, mortgage, handle and dispose of real estate and to buy, finance, build, equip, maintain, operate and dispose of a suitable building for the occupation, use, and benefit of Theta Eta Chapter of Delta Zeta Sorority, located at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, as a Chapter House.
