EXP: MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION AS SPECIFIED IN JOB DESCRIPTION BUDGET: $59 MILLION THE BAIR FOUNDATION JOBS WERE MAPPED TO SURVEY JOBS BASED ON JOB DESCRIPTIONS THAT DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR NEW ENTRANTS, AND SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES REQUIRED. BERKSHIRE SELECTED SURVEY JOB DESCRIPTIONS THAT WERE AT LEAST A 70% MATCH TO THE FOUNDATION DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES. FOR ALL POSITIONS, DATA WAS GATHERED FROM ERI (ECONOMIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE) AND PAYSCALE. DATA POINTS FOR EACH JOB TITLE WERE AGED TO A COMMON SALARY PLANNING DATE OF APRIL 1 2013 USING AN AGING FACTOR OF 4.0%, 3.9% OR 3.8%, THE PROJECTED 2013 INCREASE FOR OFFICERS AND EXECUTIVES, PROFESSIONALS AND NON-EXEMPT STAFF, RESPECTIVELY. EACH DATA POINT COLLECTED WAS WEIGHTED BASED ON HOW CLOSELY THE SURVEY DESCRIPTION MATCHED THE FOUNDATION JOB DESCRIPTION.
