Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	The Club is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, but is subject to tax on unrelated business income as defined by the Code. After allocation of related expenses, unrelated business losses of $53,690 in 2019 and $51,165 in 2018 resulted in no income tax due. The Club is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state, or local income tax examinations by tax authorities prior to 2016.
