	The Association opens the trap range at least three days a week for members and sponsored guests to participate in the sport of shooting. Expenses specific to this activity include the cost of patterning paper and targets. Other programs promoted are fish and game acti- vities and women out reach programs. The Association also provides contributions to organizations that support the members' activities and the Association's 'Mission Statement'.

Pt VI, Line 7a	Members of the Association can participate in any of the Association's activities and utilize the rifle ranges. All members can vote for officers and board members and can initiate and vote on changes to the Association's constitution and bylaws.
