What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? REPRESENT FACULTY OF YUBA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT IN NEGOTIATIONS FOR WORKING CONDITIONS AND PAY. NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT EVERY THREE YEARS. REPRESENT FACULTY IN DISPUTES OVER WORKING CONDITIONS.
