Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	This is a sorority. Gamma Iota Chapter of Kappa Delta is one of 168 active collegiate chapters and more than 222 active alumnae chapters nationwide. There are nearly 230,000 members throughout the world. From the Kappa Delta website: The object of Kappa Delta Sorority is the formation and perpetuation of good fellowship, friendship and sisterly love among its members; the encouragement of literature and education; the promotion of social interest; and the furtherance of charitable and benevolent purposes.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	At Kappa Delta, the local chapter officers are appointed by the national chapter officers.New chapter members are recruited to be a part of the sorority every year. Kappa Deltas motto is: Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Sorority is made up of college aged women as members who vote in elections for the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Every decision is made by the officers is subject to discussion and approval of chapter members.

Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9	Effective March 29, 2019 the House Corporation agrees to transfer cash in the amount of $178,557 and title to the real property located at 168-172 E San Salvador St, San Jose, CA 95112, to Gamma Iota Housing, LLC, an entity affiliated with the Sorority. This is per an agreement entered into by and between GAMMA IOTA CHAPTER OF KAPPA DELTA HOUSE CORPORATION and KAPPA DELTA SORORITY. The House Corporation will not receive any direct or indirect benefit from the transfer of the Capital Contribution and is acting solely to advance the shared exempt, social, and fraternal purposes of the House Corporation and the Sorority. The Capital Contribution Agreement and/or other documentation is available upon request.
