What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Southeastern Chapter provides technical information to members and the general electrical apparatus repair industry through conferences, training and publications. The chapter has approximately 250 member firms and also plays a role in the governance of the international association, which has more than 1000 members worldwide.

28 The Annual Conference is held to provide technical information to members through publications, seminars and lectures.
