Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The officers and directors of the organization are nominated by the Nominations Committee which is comprised of members of the organization. The Nominations Committee presents a slate of officers and board members to the membership at large. The membership votes on the slate at its Annual Meeting in January. The Executive Director serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and in non-voting member of the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b	Minutes of each monnittee's meetings are prepared and approved by the committee at its next meeting. No committee has the authority to act on behalf of the organization. The Board of Directors comprised of officers and directors is the only body authorized to act on behalf of the organization.
