FORM 990, PART III, LINE 2 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019, CHARITIES ASSUMED ALL OF THE ASSETS OF SEATS OF DREAMS, A NEW YORK NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS ALIGNED WITH AND CONTINUES TO GROW THE CHARITIES ORGANIZATION. TOTAL ASSETS ACQUIRED WAS APPROXIMATELY $77,300 OF CASH. EXPENSES RELATED TO SEATS OF DREAMS WERE PAID OUT OF THE CASH BALANCE, RESULTING IN A $71,650 BALANCE OF NET ASSETS ACQUIRED. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED ALL OF THE TICKET RELATIONSHIP OF SEATS OF DREAMS AS PART OF THE ASSUMPTION OF ASSETS. SEATS OF DREAMS WAS DISSOLVED PRIOR TO THE TRANSFER OF THE ASSETS.
