The elected officers make up the Executive Committee which exercises the executive authority of the organization between the regular monthly meetings. There are also two subsidiary programs, one (Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 309) is composed of the sons and grandsons of war-time veterans (SAL) and two; ALR (The American Legion Riders, Chapter 309) which is composed of AL, SAL, and Ladies Auxiliary members. The members of each of these programs have the same equal rights and control within their respective programswith oversight by the Post. |
