Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The organization is operated by a member elected five (5) person board. The elections are held each year at the annual meeting in February.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	All governing body decisions are made by the member elected board.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Before the 990 is filed the Board of Directors are provided a copy of the completed return for review. These board members review the Form 990 and discuss the return with the Accountant at the regularly scheduled monthly meeting. If any items are questioned, these are discussed with the return preparer and the items are explained to the members of the Board of Directors and if necessary, corrections are made to the Form 990 and reviewed again by the members of the Board of Directors. All items affecting the Form 990 are considered correct before the filing of the Form 990 shortly before the next monthly board meeting.
Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	The Water Associations policy is to make these documents available to anyone who would desire to review them. Anyone who desires to review the documents may call the Associations office and speak with the attendent who shall take the request by recording the name and address including telephone number, email address, etc. of the person making the request. This information is communicated to the President who sets up a time for the requesting person to come to the Associations office to review these documents. During the visit, if a copy is requested, then the copy of the requested document is provided to the requesting person.
