Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has determined and informed the Corporation by a letter dated May 3, 1992 that the Corporation is tax exempt under section 501(c)(2)of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The Corporation's management and the Corporation's tax counsel believe that the Corporation is designed and is currently being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the IRC.Accounting principles require the Corporation's management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Corporation and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Corporation has taken an uncertain tax position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the IRS. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Corporation, and has concluded that as of April 30, 2014, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The Corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any periods in progress. The Corporation's management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2011.

The Corporation's management and the Corporation's tax counsel believe that the Corporation is designed and is currently being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the IRC.Accounting principles require the Corporation's management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Corporation and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Corporation has taken an uncertain tax position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the IRS. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Corporation, and has concluded that as of April 30, 2014, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The Corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any periods in progress. The Corporation's management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2011.
