THE BALBOA PENINSULA POINT ASSOCIATION WAS INCORPORATED AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION IN JULY 1949, FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPRESENTATION IN COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, AND GENERALLY PROMOTING THE WELL-BEING OF POINT RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS. MEMBERS BENEFITTED DURING THE YEAR: 400.
