THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION ENCOMPASSED OUTREACH TO ALL ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON POPULATION SEGMENTS PREVIOUSLY IGNORED BY OTHER HEALTH INSURERS. COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE WORKING UNINSURED. KHC WAS ORDERED INTO LIQUIDATION JANUARY 15, 2016.
